At Future AI Base, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Returns Process:
Once you have obtained a RAN, please package your item securely and include the RAN number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item is returned to us safely. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us by email or phone to obtain a RAN.
Once you have obtained a RAN, please package your item securely and include the RAN number on the outside of the package.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements.
If your exchange is approved, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost.
Exceptions:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards. We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please contact us by email or phone. We are always happy to help.
1. Refund Eligibility:
1.1. Customers are eligible for a full Reimbursement if they cancel their digital product within one (1) week from the date of purchase.
1.2. Refund requests made after one week will not be eligible for consideration.
2. How to Request a Refund:
2.1. To initiate a refund request, customers must send an email to support@futureaibase.comwithin the one week.
2.2. In the email, include your full name, contact information, and the reason for the cancellation.
3. Refund Processing:
3.1. Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and respond within 5 business days.
3.2. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment within 7 business days.

By purchasing an education package from Digital Business Prompts, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
